About The Position
Integrity/BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate, reliable one-on-one support to clients in Harrisonville and Peculiar, Missouri. The work supports clients with activities of daily living and helps them live their best lives at home. Hours vary by location. The posting seeks part-time staff and PRN/fill-in staff, with potential to build additional hours. Flexible scheduling is available. The posting lists pay of $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver roles and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Help with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home-management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
