About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for compassionate individuals to provide individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Caregivers play a crucial role in assisting with daily activities. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, whether recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with a chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging. All Ways Caring HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.

Requirements

  • Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
  • Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
