About The Position

Requirements

• 3 plus years of experience in plumbing/handyman services
• Must be equipped with hand tools associated with trade and most power tools

Nice To Haves

• Entry level experience in the following fields: Board ups, Minor paint touch-up, Door and cabinet hardware repair, Ceramic Tile, VCT, Linoleum repair, Minor carpet repair, Wall patching, T-Bar ceiling repair, Minor cleaning duties, Debris removal, Concrete Repair

Responsibilities

• Able to effectively interact with customers and suppliers, including locating parts, ordering, etc.
• Ability to trouble shoot and repair waste, water and gas systems
• Able to utilize rooter and hydro jet equipment and be experienced in both
• Knowledge of commercial and local plumbing codes and standards
• Willingness to work hard
• Clearly enter descriptions of work performed and submit photos per job
• Submit all receipts for items purchased per job

• Ability to cover a large work territory
