About The Position
The General Manager 3 – Food serves as the senior on‑site leader responsible for all foodservice operations within a complex, multi‑unit Sodexo account. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, financial performance, and a strong client partnership while leading a diverse team in a structured, fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading high‑volume or multi‑unit foodservice operations with strong results.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Leadership skills that inspire, develop, and engage teams at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance.
- A commitment to service excellence, innovation, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years Minimum Management Experience
- 3 years Minimum Functional Experience
Responsibilities
- Lead all on‑site foodservice operations, ensuring high‑quality service and strong client satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a team of managers and frontline staff to drive performance and engagement.
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive culinary excellence, menu innovation, and a positive guest experience across all service areas.
- Build strong client partnerships and lead planning for special events and key initiatives.
