About The Position

Requirements

• Solid custom coding experience: frontend, backend and databases.
• Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs integration, JSON.
• In-depth experience with SQL, and relational databases.
• Understands software architecture: scalability, security, dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with Git, version control, coding standards, and documentation practices.
• Proven experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• 3-4 years of dev experience.
• Comfortable on client calls, asking clarifying technical questions.
• Works independently while proactively flagging dependencies/risks.
• Strong self-QA discipline — doesn't accept AI output at face value.
• Self-learning mindset to keep pace with evolving AI dev tools.
• Manages multiple projects/timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• BI/ETL is an advantage.
• Zoho Deluge/Creator experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and code.
• Understand and define solution architecture — application context, dependencies, integration patterns, etc.
• Define data models and solutions data layer
• Integrate custom code with Zoho and other platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead solution deployment and CI/CD
• Use AI coding tools effectively. Strong self-education ability is a must.
• Join client calls to clarify requirements directly.
• Consult with PMs, BAs, and other developers rather than building in a silo.
• Provide effort estimates.
• Test, debug, and document all custom development work.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers and consultants.
