About The Position

Designs, develops, documents, tests, implements, and debugs new and existing software solutions, including large-scale proprietary software for internal use. Serves as a technical expert on development projects and participates in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design. Writes technical specifications based on conceptual designs and stated business requirements. Supports, maintains, and documents software functionality; identifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation; and analyzes software components to identify causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Analyzes user needs, system requirements, and business processes to determine technical requirements. Consults with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug components to meet their needs.

Requirements

1–3 years of development experience programming in Python 3.6 or higher.
Experience with front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and CSS.
At least 1 year of development experience with the Django Framework 6.0.
At least 1 year of experience with RESTful APIs.
Database development experience using Oracle, SQL Server 2019 or higher, and PostgreSQL 15 or higher.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019 or higher.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI services, such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar APIs, into applications.
Experience with Python automation scripting and process optimization, such as task automation, data processing, or workflow automation.
Knowledge of data handling for AI applications, such as JSON processing, text preprocessing, or API-based data pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and extreme attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and commitment to individual and organizational success.
Excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills when working with end users or clients.

Bachelor's degree in a business- or IT-related area.

Nice To Haves

Experience with IIS, PowerShell, Command Prompt, and batch-file scripting (desired, not required).
Familiarity with automation and integration tools or frameworks such as Celery, cron jobs, or CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to prompt engineering or building AI-assisted features such as chatbots, document processing, or intelligent workflows.
Familiarity with LLM-based application development, such as AI-powered document summarization, search, or workflow assistants.
Experience with Git repositories (GITLAB) or JIRA.
Experience with Docker containerization.
IT Security-related classes.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Software programming certifications.
