About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills highly desirable.
• Strong applied research, statistical and financial analysis background gained either through work or school experience necessary.
• Strong written and oral communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with all levels of management and staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in related field such as Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience in data analysis or finance preferred, preferably in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organizational Mission, Core Values, and Vision in behaviors, practices, policies, and decisions.
• Demonstrates a strong proficiency in data management, including data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management and reporting.
• Develops decision-support and decision-making materials.
• Analyzes data and provide insights and recommendations for organizational planning, finance and/or operations.
• Acts in a consulting function for research design, data collection, interpretation, and presentation.
• Creates business analytics by synthesizing information from multiple sources of data.
• Manages consolidation of complex data into meaningful information for business decisions and strategic planning.
• Functions as a "Finance Representative" to clinic managers during the forecasting process.
• Provides training to new managers as needed.
• Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of programs, processes, and deliverables; compare measurement results to standards and make recommendations for increased efficiencies.
• Provides leadership in the development of business plans, financial reports, dashboards, program design, and/or operational excellence.
• Ability to create, manage, organize, interpret, and present data.
• Experience with budgeting, analyzing trends and making recommendations.
• Ability to create and foster a cooperative team-work environment.
