About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions, specializing in goals-based wealth management. The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams). Following licensing, the role focuses on developing foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals, all while humanizing financial interactions. After key milestones, the ADP FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful ADP FSA I individuals typically progress to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role in a local Merrill Wealth Management office, where they build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. The ultimate aim is to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor, with support from The Academy through dedicated programs, tools, and resources. Merrill is committed to an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, while also offering flexibility. The company values diversity and inclusion, fostering a work community that is culture-driven, resilient, results-focused, and effective.
