The Executive Assistant (EA) is a strategic support partner to three members of PICI's Executive Leadership Team (ELT), providing a full range of administrative and operational assistance of considerable complexity, sensitivity, and organizational impact. The EA is embedded in the Office of the CEO, works closely with the Chief of Staff (a member of the ELT), and is expected to bring judgment, initiative, and strategic awareness to everything they do. The EA anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with skill and discretion, and serves as a trusted liaison between supported executives and internal and external stakeholders. In addition to direct executive support, the EA may take on coordination responsibilities for cross-functional organizational initiatives, serving as an EA lead across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
