About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Waterworks Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role involves estimating for a waterworks wholesale supplier and working with Civil Drawings. The position is in-house only, with the facility currently located in Princeton, TX, and will be moving to Van Alstyne, TX in winter of 2026. We are committed to providing a drug-free work environment and require candidates to pass a drug test.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years as a steel estimator.
- Knowledgeable as an Estimator with metalwork experience in mechanical/waterworks, commercial or miscellaneous steel.
- CAD experience is required.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must pass a drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with TEKLA Software.
- Detailing Experience.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
Responsibilities
- Estimate for waterworks wholesale supplier.
- Analyze construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine materials required.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Present project information effectively to clients.
