About The Position

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Training (MIT) to prepare for a potential future role within their support services team leadership. This program offers hands-on learning in best practices within the Compass Group sector, covering areas such as operations management, safety, quality control, housekeeping, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss. The MIT will participate in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), a 12-week or more program combining assessment, organizational training, and one-on-one coaching to develop future leaders. Upon successful completion of AMP, relocation within the assigned region may be required for placement opportunities. Placement into a full-time management position is based on performance and business need and is not guaranteed. As an AMP graduate with a focus in support services, potential managerial assignments include Environmental Services Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by June 2026 or prior (required)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with peers, employees, clients, and customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
  • Basic knowledge of operating and maintenance instructions, safety regulations, codes and use of departmental policy and procedure manuals
  • Mechanical inclination
  • Competency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Driver’s License (required for transportation roles)

Nice To Haves

  • One year of customer service or related work or internship experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate for the right role or advancement opportunity
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills

Responsibilities

  • Learn best practices of the Compass Group sector.
  • Facilitate best practices in areas such as operations management, safety, quality control, housekeeping, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss.
  • Participate in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).
  • Complete on-site, hands-on learning at an assigned training location.
  • Potentially take on managerial assignments in operational areas such as Environmental Services Management upon completion of AMP.
