About The Position
Aptive is seeking driven, competitive sales professionals to join our high-performing termite protection team. This role is ideal for experienced in-home sales representatives, inspectors, or commission-based closers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want uncapped earning potential. You’ll meet with existing Aptive customers through pre-qualified appointments, perform home inspections, and educate homeowners on the value of termite protection services. If you can build trust quickly and close confidently, this position offers exceptional income potential and long-term career growth.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a closing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass an initial drug screening
- Full-time availability
Responsibilities
- Conduct 7-9 scheduled home inspections daily for existing customers
- Identify termite risks and recommend protection solutions
- Educate homeowners and close sales during the appointment
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
- Manage your daily route using a company-provided vehicle
