About The Position

HETI is a national and international risk management consulting firm that primarily services the insurance industry with field risk assessments and industrial hygiene services. These services are provided through a network of highly qualified subcontract consultants. This role is primarily a per diem and/or project specific assignment position that is ideally suited for experienced individuals seeking to supplement their income with intermittent part-time work in their field in their local area. The bulk of the work is remote with minimal local travel for occasional site visits. HETI is a multi-disciplinary, full-service environmental health & safety and risk management company specializing in the assessment and management of risk and liability. The tools of our trade are environmental site and indoor air quality assessments, risk characterizations, remediation technologies, emergency response services, occupational health and safety services, loss control surveys, risk management consulting, safety services, and litigation/expert witness support.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in health & safety
Experience analyzing or managing general liability insurance risk for construction, manufacturing, environmental and fleet management settings
Knowledge and experience reviewing and understanding general liability or fleet insurance coverage
Located throughout the country

Responsibilities

Conduct field risk assessments
Provide industrial hygiene services
Analyze or manage general liability insurance risk for construction, manufacturing, environmental and fleet management settings
Review and understand general liability or fleet insurance coverage
Perform occasional site visits
