About The Position
MedEx is hiring a Dispatch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 24/7 ambulance communications center. This role demands flexibility, leadership, and a focus on delivering high-quality service in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of EMS Communications Center management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Nice To Haves
- EMT-B or EMT-P license
- EMD certification
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise dispatch personnel
- Coordinate emergent and inter-facility response activities
- Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards
- Foster strong communication across internal teams and with external partners
- Continuously improve dispatch processes and service delivery
