Electrical Engineer Jobs

Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, Senior Engineer, Electrical, will support the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems across our mobile mining fleet. This role is responsible for providing engineering support for electric shovels, drills, substations, trailing cable systems, pit power distribution, and associated electrical infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with maintenance, operations, projects, and technical teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a safety-focused and collaborative engineer with a passion for improving the reliability and performance of electrical systems. Someone who applies sound engineering judgment to solve complex technical challenges while balancing operational priorities, asset reliability, and long-term maintenance strategies. A person who builds strong working relationships with operations, maintenance, project teams, and contractors, and communicate technical information effectively to a variety of stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement, taking ownership of initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and operational performance. With strong organizational and problem-solving skills, you can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced mining environment while consistently delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
