About The Position
With moderate supervision, this role designs, builds, maintains, and evaluates training curricula and training environments. The position participates in the design and documentation of operational workflows to meet organizational objectives. It provides oversight of all user training methodologies and is responsible for testing system functionality in conjunction with other team members. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5 years work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education in related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of department workflow/processes.
- Appropriate certifications as they apply to specialized area of expertise.
- Strong written and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of Epic certification within 90 days of completing training.
Responsibilities
- Creates and documents training methodology for new functionality and/or new Epic modules-25%
- Participates in the design of and documents operational workflows to meet organizational objectives-25%
- Build and maintain all Epic training environments for use in classes across the organization-15%
- Works with users to personalize or customize Epic functionality to improve efficiency and satisfaction-15%
- Provide credential training courses and oversee all aspects of user training-10%
- Completes testing of software applications using established standards and protocols. -5%
- Completes assigned goals. -5%
