About The Position
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support to individuals in residential sites—helping with daily living, following service plans, and keeping homes safe and comfortable. HIT, Inc. supports people with disabilities across western North Dakota and is looking for caring, motivated team members. The company offers excellent on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to perform ordinary household functions.
- Good observation skills and ability to relate observations accurately, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic computer operations.
- Must meet and maintain required certifications to become a medication technician.
- Must meet and maintain CPR certification.
- Must meet and maintain First Aid certification.
- Must meet and maintain DD certification as required for the position.
