About The Position
The Dispatcher role involves scheduling and coordinating drivers and trucks, managing load building, ensuring compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) regulations, and maintaining accurate driver and truck information. This position requires strong communication and computer skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent time management.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, EFS card, & ComChecks
- Organize driver Outbound/Inbound window and calls
- Verify Bills of Ladings
- Build loads in McLeod
- Assist with HOS and ELD compliance
- Assist with tracking & recording
- Ensure Yard Checks are complete
- Update McLeod with Driver & Truck information daily
- Complete E-manifest requirements as needed
- Develop reports as needed
- Coordinate Trip Envelopes and distribute as needed
- Manage Relationships with drivers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
