About The Position
Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Smile Magic of Killeen, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Killeen, Texas. The practice has eight operatories, a fully digital office, strong patient demand, and a supportive clinical and administrative team. Dentists can focus on comprehensive dental care and patient relationships, with clinical autonomy and mentorship available as needed. The opportunity is open to new graduates and experienced dentists and offers professional development, continuing education, and clinical growth. The position is in person and can be full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in mentorship, professional development, and continued clinical growth.
- Team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and front office team.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Diagnose patients and develop treatment plans based on their individual needs.
- Practice with clinical autonomy while accessing mentorship and support as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
- Develop clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
