Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current DEA registration
Illinois state dental license and controlled substance license
Current CPR (BLS) certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate care to underserved populations

Nice To Haves

Spanish language skills are highly desired but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of oral health conditions for both children and adults.
Perform routine dental procedures including restorative dentistry, endodontics, crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, and simple/surgical extractions.
Refer patients for specialty consultations as needed, following approved protocols.
Educate patients on their oral health status and recommended treatments
Participate in peer review, quality improvement projects, and staff meetings.
Ensure timely completion of records in compliance with board-approved policies.
