About The Position
Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a PRN (as needed) Dentist to be part of our Dental Team in Hendersonville, NC. We are a nonprofit system of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that works closely with communities to meet the ever-changing medical and behavioral healthcare needs of individuals throughout WNC.
Requirements
- License to practice dentistry in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduate of formal accredited school of dentistry.
- Working knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of dental and oral diseases.
- Working knowledge of the principles, standard practices, methods, and techniques of dentistry.
- Working knowledge of preventive dentistry and educational methodologies utilized in prevention.
- Skill in oral operative techniques.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of preventive clinical services
- Provision of emergency clinical services
- Restorative clinical services
- Diagnosis of dental and oral diseases
- Provision of multi-disciplinary consultation to BRH providers across the organization.
