About The Position
Lake Mary Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to provide hands-on patient care in a warm, welcoming environment. The role supports the doctor during procedures, assists with radiographs and impressions, and helps prepare operatory equipment while ensuring patients feel calm and comfortable. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with pay of $20–$24 per hour. The practice emphasizes personalized, patient-centered care, collaboration, communication, clinical excellence, and team growth. Requirements
- Dental Assisting certificate or experience.
- X-ray certification.
- CPR certification.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
- Support the doctor chairside during procedures.
- Take radiographs and assist with impressions.
- Set up operatory equipment.
- Provide a calm and comfortable environment for patients.
