About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, or relevant field and 4 years of data management experience required.
• Applicant may substitute at least 4 years of healthcare or supply chain related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to resolve problems, develop partnerships, and find resolutions with varying degrees of difficulty and detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task, apply independent judgement in a demanding environment, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in PeopleSoft, or a supply chain or healthcare based ERP system is required.
• Applicant must possess advanced knowledge of the following Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with supply storage management solutions or vendor credentialing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining supply chain master data across multiple systems
• Project management
• System testing
• Perform automated uploads including Excel to component interfaces
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex PeopleSoft issues
• Support/train end users
• Creating presentations and conducting live demos to train various teams throughout the organization
• Monitoring key systems
• Identifying areas for process improvement
• Collaborating with reporting team to develop ad-hoc reports
• Maintain confidentiality and abide by all HIPPA guidelines, as necessary.
