About The Position

You will support an identity governance modernization project at a large public university, turning identity data into clear findings and turning workshop discussions into traceable requirements. Position is contingent on contract award. Anticipated start: February 2027. Requirements

3+ years as a business, data, or systems analyst, ideally on IAM, HR, or student systems projects.
Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI or a similar tool.
Clear writing and experience running requirements sessions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in higher education or with Workday, PeopleSoft, or Entra ID data.
Familiarity with accessible document authoring.

Responsibilities

Reconcile identity records between Workday and Microsoft Entra ID and categorize mismatches.
Build data quality reports, dashboards, and the identity data quality score.
Schedule and document stakeholder workshops; capture and rate requirements.
Maintain the requirements traceability matrix and RAID log.
Help draft and format deliverables to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
