Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in telephone-based customer service or retail sales.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and exceeding goals.
• Fluency in English and clear, concise verbal and written communication skills for customer service by telephone and email.
• Listening skills sufficient to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor.
• Excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Great attendance and punctuality.
• Consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in the factory showroom.
• Communicate with customers by telephone and email to process orders, exchanges, and returns according to department policies and procedures.
• Recommend and upsell products by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Provide management with timely feedback about service failures or customer concerns.
• Work a varied schedule that may include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
