About The Position
Clarke, an industry leader for over 60 years, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable service writer representative looking to apply their skills in a company that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. The position focuses on customer relationships, soliciting new services, and managing customer communication regarding repairs and invoices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Truck or Heavy Duty background required.
- Previous Parts experience is a HUGE plus.
- ASE certifications strongly encouraged.
- Ability to create professional relationships with customers and technicians.
- Ability to stay self-motivated.
- Driver's License is required.
- Strong Data Entry Skills.
Nice To Haves
- CDL is a Plus.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship management with a retail focus.
- Solicit the sale of new or additional services.
- Utilize a computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs (shop or field) and processing service invoices, including warranty claims.
- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via computer.
- Handle and resolve service-related concerns.
