About The Position

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recent call center experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, account maintenance, and transactions.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
• Document customer interactions and updates accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed appropriately.
