About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Analytics required.
• 2+ years of full-time corporate tax experience.
• Master’s in Tax or Accounting required.
• Working knowledge of US Federal and State income taxes and accounting for income taxes.
• Strong computer and data analysis skills.
• Proficient with excel.
• Superior work ethic and commitment level dedicated to achieving individual and team goals.
• Desire for career growth and advancement in tandem with the Company growth.
• Detail oriented with ability to effectively take direction, self-review, problem solve, and appropriately escalate concerns.
• Confident, effective verbal and written communicator in both individual and group settings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tax research tools or corporate income tax preparation software, specifically OneSource, is preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-house preparation, in OneSource Income Tax software, of the consolidated group’s US federal and state income tax filings.
• Assist with the preparation, in OneSource Tax Provision, of the interim and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. Prepare supporting workpapers and reconciliations.
• Aid in foreign informational reporting (Forms 5471, 8858).
• Assist with tax research including analysis of new tax laws and the potential impact on the Company.
• Correspond with the IRS and state departments of revenue regarding notices and audits.
• Collaborate with global business unit controllers to obtain then analyze relevant tax data.
• Actively participate in the building of a professional, proactive, responsive, technically strong tax organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
