About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year experience in the trade working under the direction/supervision of a Journeyman or Master HVAC mechanic.
• Knowledge of OSHA construction safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work overtime hours when required.
• Ability to travel 100% (Required).
• English language proficiency (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).
• National Background Check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR).
• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the U.S. on 3 to 4 week deployment cycles.
• Work under the supervision of Crew Leaders.
• Work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Read and comprehend company policies, procedures and job duties.
