About The Position
Sofive Soccer Center is seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team as Lil' Kickers coaches! If you're highly motivated, kid-centric, and ready to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you! This role is for children ages 18 months to 5 years.
Requirements
- No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage children's behaviors.
- Team player mentality.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!
Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
- Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
- Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
- Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
- Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
