About The Position
We’re hiring CNC Machinists for our precision manufacturing facility, making precision components for the industrial equipment industry on advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC equipment. Every part requires extremely tight tolerances, making this a role for machinists who enjoy technical work and continuous improvement. Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience or recent machining program graduate
- CNC setup experience
- Blueprint reading skills
- Basic GD&T knowledge
- Precision measuring experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Safe work practices
Nice To Haves
- 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining experience
- Grinding experience
- G-code knowledge
- Multi-machine operation
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Continuous improvement experience
Responsibilities
- Perform complete setups and prepare machines for production.
- Operate multiple CNC machines throughout each shift.
- Verify parts meet dimensional and visual quality standards.
- Measure parts using precision inspection equipment.
- Make tool wear and dimensional offsets as needed.
- Diagnose machining issues and maintain stable production.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
