About The Position

Advance Mfg is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for Horizontal Boring Mill, Vertical Mill, and Lathe positions. These full-time positions are available on day and night shifts and involve machining complex, high-precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using Fanuc-controlled equipment. Machinists work independently to set up, run, and verify operations, and ensure parts meet strict quality and tolerance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of machining experience.
• Proven experience producing complex, high-precision components.
• Proficiency with Fanuc CNC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong understanding of precision machining methods and dimensional inspection.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerances.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Machine complex, high-precision components to meet strict quality and tolerance requirements.
• Operate CNC equipment, including a Horizontal Boring Mill, Vertical Mill, or Lathe depending on assignment.
• Independently set up, run, and verify machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Perform dimensional inspections to verify the accuracy of machined parts.
• Apply machining techniques, tooling, speeds and feeds, and process optimization.
