About The Position
This position requires an active North Dakota CNA certification and involves providing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on assisting residents with their daily living activities, monitoring their vital signs, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Flexibility in shifts and availability for a 13-week assignment are essential.
Requirements
- Active North Dakota CNA certification
- Must be flexible to work a mix of evening and night shifts
- Must be available to start within 2 weeks or less from offer
- Must be available for a 13-week assignment
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and resident-safety skills
Nice To Haves
- Recent CNA experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing, or a similar setting
- Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, transfers, toileting, feeding, and personal care.
- Accurately obtain and document vital signs.
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
