Requirements
- Attendance is essential
- 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)
Responsibilities
- Complete work with within budgeted time
- Cleaning of a medical office
- Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer
- Cleaning restrooms and break-rooms
- Dusting
- Trash removal
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuum
- Other cleaning tasks as assigned
