About The Position
Clean Team is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team as Commercial Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping client facilities sanitized, orderly, and presentable. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy active, hands-on work in a routine environment, this is a great opportunity for you.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess reliable personal transportation to and from assigned worksites.
- Strong ability to work autonomously, stay focused on tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a solid history of punctual attendance.
Nice To Haves
- Prior commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is a bonus, but not required-we will train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down high-touch surfaces.
- Thoroughly clean, restock, and sanitize all restrooms to maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, and transport trash/recycling to designated disposal areas.
- Handle periodic deep-cleaning projects, window washing, and specialized floor care as directed.
- Keep cleaning supply closets organized, monitor inventory levels, and ensure all chemical cleaning agents are handled safely according to proper protocols.
- Secure client premises by turning off lights, locking doors, and setting alarm systems upon completing evening shifts.
