About The Position

Requirements

• Currently certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Hold a valid Driver's License
• Have active Auto Insurance and a clean driving record
• Have access to a smartphone and an active email account
• Understand the importance of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
• Are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Are responsive and provide timely communication regarding schedules, availability, and work-related updates
• Are willing to complete all required employment documents and onboarding requirements promptly
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails
• Provide timely updates regarding availability and scheduling
• Maintain professionalism throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Work independently while remaining accountable and dependable
• Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect

Nice To Haves

• Experience with feeding tube assistance

Responsibilities

• Assisting a non-ambulatory client with safe transfers and mobility
• Providing compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Providing feeding tube assistance (experience preferred)
• Preparing meals and snacks as needed
• Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands, if needed
• Following each client's individualized plan of care
• Communicating timely updates with the office team and the client's family regarding care and any changes in the client's condition
• Providing patient, respectful care to a client with limited verbal communication
• Being comfortable working in a home with two dogs (pet-friendly environment)
• Delivering dependable, compassionate, and professional care while preserving each client's dignity and independence
