Requirements

Completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certificate required
Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Ability to pass required employment screenings and background checks

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily care and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
Help residents with walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility needs
Weigh residents and accurately document information
Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and professionalism
Work with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being
