About The Position
Join a dedicated CDL-A fleet that offers daily home time, consistent freight, and a stable work environment. This local driving position is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy a mix of driving and hands-on work while operating modern equipment and serving agricultural customers. Drivers on this account haul grain and fertilizer to customer locations and farms while working closely with agricultural operations throughout the area. With assigned equipment, local routes, and regular work, this position offers the stability and support needed for long-term success.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to work safely in agricultural environments
- Strong safety record
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working around farms and agricultural equipment
Responsibilities
- Haul grain and fertilizer to customer locations
- Primarily operate within the local service area
- Average 15-16 round-trip loads
- Live load and live unload operations
- Assist with operating fertilizer applicators at farm locations
