About The Position
Feinmann, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Residential Carpenter to join their high-end remodeling team in the Boston area. This role involves contributing to all phases of carpentry for luxury remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom interior work. The ideal candidate will follow project plans, meet deadlines, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with lead carpenters, design teams, and subcontractors. Responsibilities also include maintaining safe and organized job sites, using tools accurately, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Feinmann is an award-winning, employee-owned company with over 30 years of success in innovative, design-driven residential renovations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience, preferably in remodeling or custom work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Reliable vehicle and a full set of hand/power tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professionalism and ability to work directly with clients
- Proactive, dependable, and safety-conscious
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of carpentry for luxury remodeling projects
- Assist in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom interior work
- Follow project plans, meet deadlines, and uphold the Feinmann standard of quality
- Collaborate with Lead Carpenters, design teams, and subcontractors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Use hand and power tools to perform tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
