Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with product installation in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable manner. They demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is needed in a genuinely friendly and professional way. They also operate the company vehicle and tools safely.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license.
• Have a good driving record and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
• Motivation to learn new skills.
• Interest in maintaining an organized and clean installation vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with product installation.
• Help ensure installations are safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to support client satisfaction.
• Operate the company vehicle and tools safely.
• Maintain an organized and clean installation vehicle.
