About The Position
Compassionate and experienced Caregivers are needed in Kingston, PA, and surrounding areas. This role is with a mission-driven team that values dedication and offers flexible scheduling. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, or per diem work. The pay ranges from $15-$17 per hour, based on experience, shift, and case complexity. Shifts include day, evening, and weekend options. Griswold Home Care focuses on matching caregivers with the right clients and providing support to make caregiving a fulfilling career. They emphasize client compatibility, consistent scheduling, and career growth through ongoing training.
Requirements
- A positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance - or - reliable transportation.
- Able to pass background checks.
- Two professional references related to caregiving or work history.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in non-medical home care.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical home care to clients.
- Offer companion care, home services, personal care, and respite care.
- Assist clients in maintaining quality of life.
- Ensure clients can live with dignity and independence.
