Our services include a state-of-the-art psychiatric urgent care center and a soon-to-be-built pediatric behavioral health center, outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization (day programs), assessment and testing, residential, addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response, employee assistance programs, forensic psychiatry and psychology, and neuromodulation. On-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers. As an ABA Technician at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. This position will assess patient care needs, implement treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, continually reassess treatment plan according to patient care needs, and will implement behavior change procedures under the guidance of the Certified ABA Specialist. The ABA Technician must demonstrate excellent customer service, be able to manage stressful situations, be able to work with others, have great organizational skills and ability to provide support and empathy as needed to children, adults, and families. The ABA Technician must be responsible, reliable, able to work independently, have exceptional problem-solving skills.
