About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years, but preferably at least 5 years of bartending experience in an upscale, fast-casual dining establishment.
• Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine.
• Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.
• Available for day and evening shifts, any day of the week, including weekends and some holidays. Weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) are required.
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.
• Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
