About The Position

We are seeking a Bartender to craft beverages and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate is skilled, personable, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• Ability to learn and understand all bar practices
• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.

Nice To Haves

• Bar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages
• Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
• Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
• Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
• Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills
• Perform bartop maintenance and stocking
• Maintain a clean work area
• Demonstrate accurate product knowledge
