About The Position
Legends & ASM Global have partnered to redefine excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events. Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, overseeing the food and beverage program for concessions, suites, and premium areas. This role focuses on elevating the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride to make Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL. The Premium Bartender is responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. They will provide exceptional guest service to club members and may be assigned to work in the Hall of Fame Clubs or the Legends Suites.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
- Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards
- Properly ring in all orders into the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area
- Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar
- Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers
- Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event
- Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
- Other duties as assigned.
