About The Position
Nutz Deep II in Marshfield and Nutz Deep II North in Spencer are seeking enthusiastic and reliable bartenders. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, engage with guests, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Candidates must be willing to work at both locations when necessary. Part-time and/or full-time shifts are available, with evenings and weekends required.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol.
- Willingness to work at both locations when necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred; training may be provided to the right candidate.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a welcoming, professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Take orders accurately and operate the POS system.
- Check identification and ensure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Promote daily specials and upsell drinks to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to keep service running smoothly.
