About The Position

Nutz Deep II, a community-focused sports bar and grill in Marshfield, Wisconsin, is hiring a friendly, energetic, and dependable Host. The Host is the first person guests encounter and helps ensure they feel welcome. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized during busy shifts, and is willing to help the team wherever needed. No experience is necessary; training is available.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Weekend availability is required. Applicants may apply in person at Nutz Deep II in Marshfield or through the posting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Manage seating arrangements and waitlists to keep service running smoothly.
• Seat guests efficiently while rotating server sections.
• Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders.
• Keep the host stand, entryway, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Help clear, clean, and reset tables when needed.
• Assist servers and bartenders during busy shifts.
• Communicate with team members to support a great guest experience.
• Thank guests for visiting and invite them back.
