The working hours are Monday through Thursday 5-11pm, Friday 6pm-close, Saturday 12-11pm, & Sunday 12-8pm, with weekends required. The pay rate is $11-13/hour, plus generous tips averaging 25-35%. The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service, has a cheerful outlook, is trustworthy and dependable, a collaborator, good at multitasking, comfortable working with a grill and handling money, and willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered this position.
