About The Position
A leading international IP practice is seeking a Patent Counsel with strong patent prosecution experience in electrical engineering and advanced technologies. This is a high-level role working directly with innovative clients across cutting-edge industries. Technical Focus: 5G / 6G, Wi-Fi, wireless systems AI / machine learning Processor and memory architecture Image processing / computer vision RF front-end technologies Growth Opportunity: Clear path to Senior Counsel and Partnership, with strong support for practice development and client growth. This opportunity is presented by MNF Global legal search firm, with over 18 years of experience placing patent professionals.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering (or related) degree
- 2+ years of patent prosecution experience
- USPTO registration (or eligible)
- Strong academic credentials and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or NLP
- Client-facing or portfolio management experience
Responsibilities
- Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
- Advise on patent strategy, portfolio development, and protection
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
- Work directly with inventors and in-house counsel
