About The Position

Founded in the 1970’s, we are a nationally recognized litigation defense firm with five offices and 100 attorneys, handling complex disputes nationwide for Fortune 500 companies. We offer hands-on litigation experience, mentorship from seasoned trial lawyers, and practice in numerous areas including complex civil litigation, commercial disputes, product liability, toxic torts, and healthcare cases across the United States. We are seeking a Midwest Attorney that can work remote and has an active California (CA) license. This attorney will work in our products liability group and work with auto and manufacturing companies on warranty cases.

Requirements

• Recent experience with products liability, toxic torts / asbestos, and/or insurance defense litigation
• Must be licensed in California (CA)

Nice To Haves

• License in any of these states: IL, MO, KS, IN, WI

Responsibilities

• Case management
• Drafting critical motions
• Developing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
